In this seminar shows you how to take the self-empowerment principles you learned in Mastering Life’s Energies and apply them to those around you—your clients, patients, students, work team, colleagues, network of friends, family and community. As a result of you taking this course, the people around you will experience uncommon ease as they consider and then the accomplish goals that are important to them.
A coach is someone who provides an environment for others to discover what is important and meaningful for them to accomplish. In the presence of a trained coach, people see how to achieve these goals, and are encouraged to go beyond the point at which they would normally stop themselves.
You will learn how to recognize and dismantle the perceptions which get in the way of effective communication. You will develop the ability to see and respond to people with clarity, compassion and respect while ensuring that everyone’s viewpoint, including your own, is heard and valued. These skills will allow the most creative and cohesive strategies to emerge in your presence and for your team.
While this course is one of the Coach Training Program’s core offerings, it may be attended by anyone who is interested in having those around them produce lasting results.
Through experiential exercises, small group interactions, practice, and lecture, you will master the principles of empowering communication, giving direction to your own professional efforts in the workplace and in your personal development.
