Dean of Students
Senior Course Leader
Beth Ann Suggs, PCC, is an expert at building relationships with people. As Dean of Students, Mentor Coach, and Course Leader for the Academy for Coaching Excellence, an International Coach Federation certified school, she brings compassion, clarity, vision and universal values to all aspects of her work.
For more than 30 years she has been making significant contributions and empowering the lives of hundreds of people who have benefited from her dynamic leadership and guidance. Recently, her presentations on behalf of the Academy have included being the Key Note Speaker at a national conference and providing staff training in a major corporation and various organizations throughout the United States.
Prior to her work with the Academy, Beth Ann Suggs was ordained as a Unity Minister in 1984 and served the Unity Church in Ventura, California for 19 years. Since 1993, she has provided consulting and leadership training for New Thought Churches nationwide.
Her extensive background and early career includes being a recreational therapist and athletic coach with psychiatric patients at a New York hospital. She also successfully worked with neglected and abused adolescents as an occupational therapist. She supported patients in being courageous, focused, and playing their best life game. These experiences gave her increased capacity and created the foundation for the depth of teaching, coaching, and compassion she offers people today.
She is currently serving as a Board Member of ACTO, the Association of Coach Training Organizations, comprised of all the accredited coaching programs around the world.
Beth Ann Suggs also has a private business, New Concept Coaching. In her presence, people see who they are authentically and achieve the goals they really want in their lives with clarity, focus, ease, and grace.

Carole Rehbock is a coaching, consulting, and management transition expert. She is a faculty member and mentor coach for the Academy and has had her owned her own business Consulting & Coaching Solutions since 1988. She is an executive, leadership, career and life coach. Prior to her work as a consultant, Carole held a variety of management and training/organization development positions in the financial services field. She holds a M.B.A. in Human Resources Management, a B.A. in Education, and Coaching Certifications from the Hudson Institute of Santa Barbara and the International Coach Federation.

Course Leader
Carolyn Ingram, Ed.D., is a graduate of the Academy for Coaching Excellence, and has been certified as an Academy Coach. She has a private coaching practice that includes people committed to their own personal growth and success, including writers, executives, artists, educators, and coaches among others. She is a licensed psychologist with over 25 year's experience. She is also an inspirational speaker and the co-author of three books.

Margi Mainquist, M.S., is the president of Mainquist Consulting, a consulting and coaching firm providing leading practices for the changing workforce. Margi has more than 25 years of experience working with thousands of people as a consultant, coach, trainer and keynote speaker for corporations, universities and non-profit organizations throughout the United States. Her expertise includes leadership and career development, adult learning, communication, and facilitation of individual, team and organizational change processes. She has been a faculty member in the Coaching Intensive Training Program with the Hudson Institute of Santa Barbara, California. Her client base includes biotechnology, computer industry, health care, finance, telecommunications, education, city and county government, small business, and non-profit organizations.

Marti has over 25 years of business experience as a teacher, mortgage broker, corporate trainer, and life coach. She is a mentor coach for the Academy for Coaching Excellence and also has a private practice, coaching both individual and corporate clients to identify and achieve desired goals as well as live balanced and personally successful lives. She has designed and conducted workshops for all levels of employees with an emphasis on communications and team building skill development. She has presented Civil Treatment workshops for corporate clients to increase awareness of legal rights and responsibilities in the workplace.
Marti is a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach, trained by the Coaches Training Institute in San Rafael, California. She is also a Professional Certified Coach with the International Coach Federation. Marti holds a Masters degree in Counseling Psychology and an undergraduate degree in Education. She is also trained in leadership principles, group facilitation and business improv techniques.

Senior Course Leader
Wayne Manning conducts a private practice, Manning Consulting, in Auburn, and is a course leader for the Academy. He was ordained as a Unity minister and graduated from Unity's School for Ministerial and Religious Studies in 1978. He remained at Unity headquarters for the next twelve years, serving as Dean of Biblical Studies, Dean of Administration, and eventually Vice-President for Education on the board of trustees for Unity School. In 1985 Wayne became Vice-President of Facilities for Unity School, overseeing the maintenance and physical operation of the 1600-acre complex and incorporated village. He was mayor of Unity Village from 1987 through 1990. Wayne was also awarded the "Lifetime Achievement Award in Broadcasting" at the 2001 annual Association of Unity Churches conference in Kansas City in 2001.

Heidi Gates has integrated her past career as a stockbroker and her experience as a massage and Reiki practitioner/teacher, along with her professional training through the Academy for Coaching Excellence and acceptance into the International Coach Foundation to create a unique approach to helping her clients find and fulfill their life purpose.
Heidi is a Mentor Coach for the Academy for Coaching Excellence and offers private coaching, Reiki sessions, classes, retreats, and workshops at Reiki River Studio. In each of these settings, a safe space is created to communicate and develop awareness, insight, and actions.
Her Mission is to help clients discover what they want and how to use their vital energy to move toward their dreams and live a life of clarity and authenticity.

Rev. Stephanie M. Seigh, ACE, PCC is Professional Certified Coach and an ordained Interfaith Minister. She is also the Director of Peacemaking and Transitional Services for the Association of Unity Churches International.
Both in this position and in her private coaching practice, Stephanie specializes in working with and empowering leaders to reach new levels of clarity and effectiveness in their chosen fields, and to support those leaders into truly enjoying their work.
