The Academy for Coaching Excellence has developed specific programs for individuals and groups who wish to incorporate coaching skills and techniques into their current profession. These workshops introduce people to the benefits and advantages of using coaching within the framework of their current profession. You will learn how coaching can be used to help clients, work teams, congregants, or patients to take a proactive stance to go beyond obstacles or difficulties in their lives and produce results that exceed expectations. Many people have reported that using coaching skills increases effective communication and produces more results with ease.
Although coaching should not be used as a substitute for psychotherapeutic, legal, medical or financial advice by people who are not already trained in those fields, those who are already trained as therapists, lawyers, ministers, body workers or health care providers may use coaching as an adjunct strategy.
