People come to the course with a variety of objectives. They may want to build a successful business or bring an existing business, or organization to the next level of growth. They may want to get a community project off the ground or start a program in their church.

Each person in the course develops an “enrollment” project aimed at producing the results they desire. Enrollment is the art of presenting a vision in such a clear and inviting way that people see the opportunity and want to be a part of it. The project may include building a business, non-profit fundraising, developing a civic improvement program, beginning a collaborative effort among professional colleagues, or launching a new product. In Coaching and Results, you develop your capacity to produce specific, measurable outcomes with ease.

This course includes principles for developing personal effectiveness that are the result of work with thousands of successful people, including entrepreneurs, managers, executives, teachers, authors, ministers, coaches, and professionals in the health services. Using group discussion, role-playing, and videotaped practice with personal coaching, you will gain specific tools for producing consistent results in a variety of situations and circumstances

This course includes two conference call follow-up sessions spaced at two-week intervals after the course.
