TeamWorks® is a two day workshop for improved communication and productivity in work teams, using the Myers-Briggs© personality type assessment.
Individualized personality profile analyses are the basic tool and a starting point for educating managers and staff in understanding their own and others’ preferences in communication style, adaptability, personal interaction, and ability to resolve conflict.
By combining the lessons of the profile with our coaching model, participants are empowered to manifest open-mindedness, appreciate others’ differences, and use effective strategies for combining different “types” to achieve improved communication and productivity, all while reducing conflict and stress.
This workshop can be scheduled in our course room (Sacramento area only), your offices, or another off-site location. |
