How To Lead An Effective Group

In this course, you’ll learn to observe a phenomenon called "group mind" which is valuable when you want to have impact or make a difference at the level of group. Through live demonstrations, you see the difference between a group run on ontological principles and questions, and one that's conducted with "business as usual" questions and conversations. You'll discover first hand how to shift the focus of the group's attention to important matters, or to matters that have real meaning and substance for everyone involved.
